Summary Profile
George Kordas has been a PhD student at the Department of Political Science and History since March 2016, after obtaining his Bachelor’s degree in Political Science and History and Master’s Degree in Political Sociology, at Panteion University of Social and Political Sciences. He is also a scientific associate of the Centre for Political Research since March 2016. His research focuses on the comparative study of far-right in Southeastern Europe, as well as to the study of the far-right’s subcultures. In his PhD project, he uses qualitative methods to investigate how the discourse of the European Parliament members affects the European values during the migration and refugee crisis. He has taken part in many conferences and seminars, while he has published book reviews and review essays both in Greek and international journals.
